Returns & Exchanges

Follow these simple steps to register your return:

  • Head to our Returns Portal here
  • Enter your order number (e.g. #P12345) and email address. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
  • Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
  • Confirm if you're returning or exchanging your item(s)
  • Select the method you’ll be returning your order by.

We will refund any item(s) returned in original condition within 5 days of delivery, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items. 
  • We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state "delivered."
