Where is your size-chart?
We have size guides available on most of our product pages. Typically you should order 1-2 sizes up for tops and bottoms.

Do you accept my currency?
Yes, we accept all currencies, all orders will be converted to USD on the current exchange rate. 

 

DELIVERY

How long will my delivery take after fulfillment?
For North - American customers (U.S & Canada) standard shipping takes 2 - 4 weeks. UPS Express shipping takes max 4 business days after you received your shipping confirmation email.

For European customers standard shipping takes 2-4 weeks, but Track & Trace shipping takes max 5 business days after you received your shipping confirmation email. For all other destinations, 4 - 6 weeks with standard shipping

Do I pay Duties? 
Depending on the country and/or location, we try our best to avoid additional fees or charges, but unfortunately some packages do have a duty fee. Unfortunately, we can’t do anything about it: it just comes with international shipping. 

When will my order be processed?
Usually within 1 - 5 business days!

How do I check the status of my order?
Within 1-2 business days after we have processed your order, you will be given a tracking ID that you can use to see the status of your product. 

I've filled in the wrong address, what do I do now?
If you've had a typo while filling in your address please contact us as soon as possible. 


RETURNS

Can I return or exchange my product?
Yes, click here to return or exchange your product(s)
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do now?
Click here to return your product and we'll exchange it for you!
Please note: All incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of your order's ship date. If we are notified of an incorrect item after these timeframes, we will be unable to process your request.

An item is missing, what do I do now?
